Ralf Marzen is an internationally acclaimed teacher and practitioner of body work and mindfulness. He is a Somatic (SE) therapist and has evolved his own hybrid of deep trauma release from the body. He has spent the last 20 years researching ancient Eastern and modern Western approaches to healing and personal growth. He has lived in Asia for a number of years and immersed himself in the study and practice of yoga, meditation and Eastern bodywork.
Ralf set up Mudita School of Thai Yoga Massage in 2001 and has developed his own intuitive interpretation of this ancient bodywork modality. He has been teaching courses and facilitating trainings throughout the world in his unique mind/body healing since 1999.
He is the owner and director of StillPoint Meditation and Therapy Centre in Central London, where he teaches mindfulness courses and bodywork as well as seeing individual clients.
Ralf holds a masters degree in clinical psychology. He has extensive experience in the field of trauma therapy and psychology. He originally trained as an Advanced EFT practitioner and his approach has more recently been greatly influenced by the groundbreaking work of Dr Peter Levine.
Ralf is a Somatic Experiencing (SE) therapist and has also trained in Neuro-Affective Relational Model (NARM) under Dr Laurence Heller.
