Fiona Arrigo

Fiona ArrigoFiona has studied Eastern philosophy for the last 30 years and is qualified as a Biodynamic Psychotherapist, Life Coach and Esoteric Psychologist with a background in numerous bodywork disciplines.

Since 1988 she has worked with many people including high profile clients; in particular with exhaustion, depression and addiction. In 1990 she founded Stop the World with Camilla Ker, the first alternative health retreat in the UK. Stop the World built a reputation for excellence in its field. From 1984 to 2006 she ran a private practice in London as well as individual and group programmes in Ireland, alongside giving lectures and seminars.

For the last 8 years Fiona has been heading the Arrigo Programme in Somerset. This is a bespoke residential therapeutic programme which offers individuals the opportunity to step out of their lives, stay in tranquil cottages and receive profound healing from a variety of therapists.

Fiona Arrigo is a wise woman in the truest sense. She embodies deep intuition with a grounded common sense.
